the location near the train station was acceptable.

The air conditioning did not work properly and i found this unacceptable. the sofa bed was horrible. I could not get comfortable. the bathroom reeked because the bath was blocked.

I appreciated the proximity to the train station. the room was clean and spacious, it provided a good view. i also appreciated the staff securely storing my luggage for me during the day. It was very helpful.

The coffee cups in the room were too big. They did not fit in the coffee makers.

the hotel is very close to the train station and provides simple access to city sites. the room had a lovely view toward the park henri matisse and the stations. westfield mall is a short walk from the hotel and i found it to be a great option for shopping.

i found many small issues. coffee cups were too big. they did not fit into the coffee makers. i noticed noise from the corridors got into the rooms. i found this to be an issue.

I found the location convenient, just across from the Eurostar terminal. The front desk staff was really lovely and helpful. My room was very comfy and tidy. I really appreciated how easily accessible the train station was.
